SAHAJA is Sanskrit for spontaneous enlightenment realized through the body, on earth, in this life. Spontaneous enlightenment is awakened through various life experiences that invite us into a state of unified flow - with ourSelves, one another, nature and/or creative consciousness. While we can't predetermine when spontaneous enlightenment will arise, we can create the optimal conditions and dwell in the possibility of the moment.

SAHAJA S O U N D S integrates creative, spiritual and healing practices that help us, humans, get out of our own ways, and co-create with the spontaneous flow of consciousness moving through us. May we embrace the meandering pathways of creative process and life that are reflected in our bodies and in nature as a way of honoring the source that breathes us all.

The Flow of Creative Consciousness was recorded while improvising percussion with a Prana Vinyasa Flow yoga practice. It is one moment of a then ten year collaborative relationship - the form and content of the music is shaped by that of the movement, and vice versa. This recording is the sonic side of a two-way conversation that is whole in and of itself.
